Fee-Based Services and Water Usage Monitoring ServicesAlthough not as popular as our Shared-Savings programs, ACT also offers fee-based programs. ACT will tailor a water conservation program for your property that will be funded by the property based on a fixture-by-fixture price quote. We also offer a water consumption monitoring service. ACT will take periodic meter readings and alert the property as needed.

This information has many important uses including tracking fixture performance, product performance and a technician's performance. At the completion of each initial installation program, a report is generated that details the type, make and model of every fixture and what was done to it. The most important aspects of a successful water conservation program are
constant monitoring and preventive maintenance.Too many owners have realized only small, temporary savings from programs that did not emphasize constant monitoring and routine preventive maintenance. No water conservation device, no matter how good, is fail-proof--which is why ACT places so much emphasis on constant monitoring and preventive maintenance. We constantly take water meter readings at each of our properties. These readings are compared to our last reading, the utility company's last reading, the average consumption for that meter since our program, and the average consumption for that meter before our program. By analyzing all of these factors, we can quickly determine short-term and long-term trends, no mater how subtle. |

Of all of our service calls, 68% were addressed the very same day they were reported and 25% of the service calls were addressed the following day.
