| David Williams President Founded WSI in August of 1995 | |
Before co-founding WSI, David worked as a regional property manager and a commercial real estate appraiser. He spent his first few years working as crew supervisor perfecting WSI's water conservation methodology. David then applied his knowledge in computer programming to develop the Heuristic Utility Management System (HUMS). This system tracks every aspect of our conservation programs. From analyzing properties, to generating proposals, to tracking work done and the water consumption levels, as well as purchasing and billing, this is the only computer program WSI uses. David's next focus was in the sales department and the number of WSI’s clients nearly doubled. David has also developed our mobile HUMS program for real time reporting from the field and constructed our website. He now assists with all aspects of the company. Born and raised in Montgomery County, David holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, Psychology, University of Maryland, 1993. |
