A customer satisfaction survey was recently mailed to all of ACT's shared savings clients.
ACT has received over 26% of the surveys and would like to thank everyone who participated.
The responses are summarized as follows:

 1. ACT’s customer service representatives are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous when service requests are made.
